Warranty Policy

At Magicdecor, we are committed to delivering high-quality wallpapers and blinds that enhance your spaces. Our warranty policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below are the terms and conditions of our warranty:

What This Warranty Covers

  1. 3-Year Color Fastness Warranty for Wallpapers & Blinds:

– We offer a 3-year warranty on the color fastness of our wallpapers under normal indoor conditions. This warranty ensures that the colors remain vibrant and resist fading for the specified period.

  1. Product and Display Mismatch:

– If there is a significant mismatch between the digital preview and the actual product (wallpaper, blinds, or canvas) received, Magicdecor will, at its discretion, decide whether to repair or replace the product to address the discrepancy.

Installation Guidelines

Installation Period:

– Installation should be completed within 15 days from the date of delivery to ensure optimal product application and adherence to warranty terms. Any issues related to installation shall be raised by creating a ticket within 48 hrs of installation. After 48 hrs, no support requests shall be serviced.

Customer-Undertaken Installation:

– If the customer chooses to handle the installation independently, Magicdecor is not liable for any issues (i.e., peeling off, overlapping, stains & etc.) arising from improper installation. We recommend professional installation to guarantee the best results.

Putty and Primer Costs:

– Costs related to putty or primer application are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Revisit Charges:

– Any service revisit requested after 48 hrs of installation will incur additional charges.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear:

– Regular deterioration is expected from normal use over time.

Improper Use or Accidents:

– Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or any modifications.

Environmental Factors:

– Damage caused by exposure to external factors such as direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity, water, high-pressure winds & etc.

Third-Party Components:

– Damage resulting from the use of any accessories or components.

Unauthorized Repairs:

– Any alterations or modifications performed during installation by individuals not approved by Magicdecor.

Measurement and Missing Portions:

– Magicdecor shall undertake to replace or make available the missing portions if there has been a measurement error made by the individuals approved by Magicdecor.

– Magicdecor is not responsible for measurement errors or missing portions if incorrect measurements or details were provided by the customer.

– Customer shall make sure that the measurements are correct & accurate in the design proof shared before approval.

Items Not Covered by Warranty

The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

Customer-Induced Damage:

– Defects arising from improper installation, removal, adjustment, modification, or alteration by the customer.

Neglect or Misuse:

– Damage or defects resulting from neglect, accident, or misuse.

Non-Standard Use:

– Damage or defects arising from the use of the product in a manner that is not normal or customary.

Failure to Follow Guidelines:

– Failure to comply with safety information or other documentation or guidelines accompanying or related to the products.

Adhesive Damage:

– We are not liable for any damage to the putty or wall surface caused by wallpaper adhesive.

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Proof of Purchase:

– Provide the original purchase receipt or invoice.

  1. Documentation:

– Submit photographic evidence of the defect or issue.

  1. Contact Us:

– Reach out to our customer service team with the above information for assessment and further instructions.

Magicdecor reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the warranty claim. If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
