Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their home visit consultation with a Magicdecor representative at no cost up to 72 hours before the appointment. Please contact our sales team at the toll-free number 1800 212 9972 or via WhatsApp.
Refund:
If a cancellation is made within the stipulated 72-hour window, customers are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 4-5 business days to reflect in the customer's account. Alternatively, you can request a refund of Rs. 99 as your store credit.
Rescheduling:
Customers can reschedule their home visit consultation by contacting our customer service team at least 24 hours before the original appointment. We will do our best to accommodate the new schedule based on availability.
Cancellation by Magic Decor:
Magic Decor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a home visit consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or scheduling conflicts. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Return Policy:
Home visit consultations involve providing personalised advice and expertise, so there is no tangible product to return. Therefore, our return policy does not apply to home visit consultation services.
